Capitol Park Block Party Walking Tours

Let’s celebrate Capitol Park!

Join us as we take a short walk through one of Detroit’s most beautiful spaces during the Capitol Park Block Party festivities, a fundraising effort to create an accessible, off-leash dog park in the downtown-core. On these brief one hour tours, we’ll explore the park, stop by some of the neighborhood’s coolest small businesses and take a look at a few of downtown’s historical & architectural gems. 

Tours will begin on 10/26 promptly at 1pm and 3pm, beginning and ending at the Capitol Park dog park. Please allow yourself a sufficient amount of time to find parking and arrive at the location. We will stop frequently, but please bring comfortable shoes for walking!

Donations toward the new dog park can be made through their Patronicity campaign.
